A Message from Dr Agunwa

Dear Valued Patients,

After much thought and reflection, I have made the difficult decision to close my practice as of April 1, 2025. This decision comes due to personal family circumstances that require my full focus and care at this time.

To those of you who have recently joined my practice, I understand this news may feel sudden and disappointing. Please know that when you joined, I intended to provide long-term care. However, unforeseen circumstances have required me to make this decision sooner than anticipated.

I am truly grateful for the trust you have placed in me and the opportunity to care for you and your families. It has been a privilege to serve you, and I deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

To ensure your continuity of care, I have arranged for two excellent doctors to take over the care of my patients. Full details of these doctors, including their contact information and locations, can be found on the Transition Page of this website. 

If you wish to continue your care elsewhere, resources and information are available to help guide your search for a new healthcare provider. Additionally, I have partnered with RSRS to ensure the safe and secure transfer of medical records.

As we prepare for this transition, my team and I are here to answer your questions and provide guidance every step of the way.
